Hey Mark im back again to comment on your blog this week. You aalyws manage to bring some really decent work to our meetings, thank you for that and you also continue to post great work on your blog. I like your section on external wikis for this blog. I talked about the internal side a little more in my blog post and yours balances that out a lot. I think employees coming down to a personal level with the customers through sharing information to them via a wiki is a great idea. A business can gain a lot from simply getting customers more attached to them as i mentioned in my comment on your last blog. thanks again Mark
